How we cover fifty miles without a URL mill
The competitors on the Manor search results have a page for every town in Central Texas, and most of them are the same page with the name changed. These three towns share one page instead, with a section for each. Bastrop has its own page because the ground there is a different job. Bastrop, TX → If one of them ever earns a page of its own, it will be because we have photographed jobs there, not because a keyword tool said so.
Cedar Creek, TX
Nineteen miles or so south of Manor on the way to Bastrop, straddling 21 and 71. Cedar Creek is where the blackland gives out and the sand and pines begin, so a tract here can be mesquite on one end and cedar under pines on the other. Most calls are small acreage bought for a house: mulch the tract, grub the pad, keep the pines. The name is accurate; there is cedar. There is also a lot of new fencing that has been swallowed since it went in.
Coupland, TX
Ten to thirteen miles north of Manor up 973, in Williamson County, and about as close to us as Hutto. Coupland is open blackland farm country with big tracts, old cross fencing, and mesquite where the crops stopped. The job is usually pasture: forty acres that need a mulcher pass and a fence corridor, not a lot in a subdivision. Access is by county road and the gumbo rule about not running wet applies twice over because there is nothing but clay for miles.
Webberville, TX
Eight or nine miles south of Manor on 969, close enough that it is nearly a Manor job. Webberville sits on the Colorado River bottom, which means river bottom brush: hackberry, elm, box elder, and greenbrier in the low ground, with mesquite on the terraces above it. Floodplain is the constraint here. Clearing brush is usually fine; moving dirt near the river is a question for the county first, and we say so before we quote a pad down there.
What we will not do with this page
Split it into three town pages without new evidence. Add Georgetown, Cedar Park, Buda, or Kyle because a competitor did. Claim any of these towns is the Hill Country. Send photos, tell us the town, and we quote it like everything else. Elgin, TX sits between Manor and Bastrop and has its own page.
