Overgrown Lot? That Is a Clearing Job.
HOA letter, code complaint, or a lot you cannot see the back of. We mulch it in place.

Who this is for
HOA letter
Thirty days to bring the lot into compliance and a fine schedule after that.
Code complaint
City of Manor or county code office responding to a neighbor. Same deadline logic.
Neighbor pressure
No letter yet, but the brush is over the fence and it is coming.
Buyer or seller
A lot nobody can walk does not sell. Clearing it is the cheapest prep there is.
What we do in a day
We mulch everything that is not a kept tree down to a bed you can mow next month, open up the corners so the pins show, clear back from the neighbor's fence, and send you dated photos to forward to whoever wrote the letter.
What still needs a builder: any grading, pad work, or utility trenching. That is the lot clearing and homesite prep side. If the lot is too far gone to even stake, read land too brushy to build.
Towns where we do this
Community lots
Whisper Valley and ShadowGlen overgrown lots have their own pages because the HOA rules and the lot types differ. Whisper Valley → ShadowGlen →
Overgrown lot questions
Will clearing the lot make the HOA or code complaint go away?
It resolves the condition they cited. Whether the case closes is up to them; we give you before and after photos with a date so you can send proof. We are not giving legal advice about citations.
How fast can you clear an overgrown lot?
A platted lot is usually a partial day once we are there. Scheduling depends on dry ground; give us the deadline on the letter and we work around it.
What if the lot is a fire hazard?
Then it is still a lot clearing job, and the fire hazard part is about how close the brush is to a structure. Defensible space →
Do you clear overgrown lots in Pflugerville, Elgin, and east Austin?
Yes. Same job, same machine. Each town has its own page with what is different about the ground there.
Send photos of the lot
Photos plus the letter if there is one. We clear what the letter names and photograph it for you.

We'll look at the photos and call. If it's a tree only job (one backyard oak), we'll say so.
