What east Austin clearing looks like
East Austin, for a clearing crew, is the last blackland acreage inside the city and the infill lots being cut out of it. The ranchettes along Johnny Morris and Decker Lane are two to ten acres of the same mesquite and hackberry as Manor, with the difference that the neighbor is a subdivision and the code office is the City of Austin.
The lots are smaller and the rules are tighter than anywhere else we work: heritage tree ordinance, city tree permits, drainage and impervious cover questions that a Manor tract never raises. We flag those before we quote, and the permit itself is between you and the city.
Plenty of crews rank for Austin land clearing from anywhere in the metro. This page covers east of I‑35 only and links to the same method pages every other town does. We are a Manor crew that works east Austin.

East Austin questions
Which parts of Austin do you cover?
East of I‑35: 78724, 78725, 78721, the Colony Park and MLK east side, Decker Lake, the 130 corridor toward Manor and Del Valle. Not west of Mopac, not Lakeway, Bee Cave, or Dripping Springs.
Is this the best land clearing in Austin?
We are not going to put a badge on the page. What we can show you is the method, the photos of real jobs, and the Google Business Profile rating, and let you decide. Austin searches are crowded with crews that rank on a city name; we rank on doing this ground.
Do you clear overgrown lots in east Austin?
Yes, and city code enforcement is usually the reason. That is on the overgrown lot page.
Fire hazard brush in east Austin?
That is on the Firewise page. We cut defensible space; the Austin Firewise program is a separate thing.
Send east Austin tract photos

We'll look at the photos and call. If it's a tree only job (one backyard oak), we'll say so.
