The land around Pflugerville
Pflugerville is where the east metro stops being pasture and starts being subdivisions, and the clearing work follows that line. West of 130 and south of Pecan Street it is platted lots: a corner lot bought for a custom build, a drainage strip the HOA finally noticed, or the last unbuilt lot in a 2005 subdivision that has grown a mesquite thicket while the neighbors mowed around it.
East of 130 and north toward Hutto along 1825 and Cele Road it opens up again. That is small acreage on the same blackland as Manor, with the same mesquite and yaupon, often bought by someone who wants a house on five acres and cannot yet walk them.
The other thing that is different here is jurisdiction. Pflugerville straddles Travis and Williamson counties and has its own city limits and ETJ. Burn rules and any permit questions follow whichever line your tract falls on. Because we mulch in place, that rarely changes our work, but it changes what you can do with a pile if you ask for one.
We are about eight miles from Manor by 290 and 130. The ground here is the same clay and the brush is the same mesquite, and we do not run it wet.
Services we actually run here
Wells Branch is not Pflugerville
People search for both, and they are on different sides of I‑35. We work east of the interstate, so if your tract is in Wells Branch or west of Mopac we will tell you to call someone closer.
What a day costs in Pflugerville
Same day rate logic as Manor: density, access, wet clay, and mulch versus haul. Suburban lots are usually a partial day. Acreage out toward Hutto is a mulcher day or more.
Google's AI Overview on Aug 24, 2026 showed $2,500 to $3,600 per day for land and lot clearing and up to $4,500 per day for forestry mulching on Manor searches. That is the search result, not our card. Full cost guide, permits, and burn rules →

Pflugerville questions
Do you clear lots inside Pflugerville subdivisions?
Yes. Most Pflugerville calls are platted lots and the strip behind them: HOA letters, a lot bought for a build, the leftover acre a developer never finished. We work close to neighbors and stop at the pins.
Is there still acreage in Pflugerville?
North and east, yes. Toward Hutto along 130 and out 1825 there is pasture and small acreage that has not been platted, and that is mulcher work like Manor.
Which county is my lot in?
Pflugerville sits on the Travis and Williamson line. Permits and burn rules follow the county and the city, so check both before planning any pile. We mulch, so it rarely matters for our part.
How much does land clearing cost in Pflugerville?
Day rate, same as everywhere we work. Suburban lots are usually a partial day; acreage is a day or more. See the note above and the cost page.

We'll look at the photos and call. If it's a tree only job (one backyard oak), we'll say so.
