Which Taylor
Taylor, Texas, Williamson County, on US‑79 about seventeen miles northeast of Manor and thirty miles east of Austin. Not Paris, TX. Not Taylorsville. Not Taylor County out by Abilene. If that is what you searched for, we are three hours away from it.
The land around Taylor, Texas
Taylor is old blackland farm country that is turning into east Williamson County growth, and the clearing work is mostly acreage: pasture and former cropland outside the city on 79, 95, and 973 that has gone to mesquite since the last owner stopped farming it. There is less yaupon than Elgin and less cedar than the Bastrop side; the brush here is mesquite and huisache on open prairie with hackberry in the draws.
The tracts tend to be bigger than Manor's, twenty to forty acres bought by someone who wants to build on part of it and run cattle on the rest. That is a two part job: mulch the whole tract for pasture, grub and grade the homesite. Both are on their own pages.
The growth here is driven by the tech corridor to the southwest. We mention it as geography; we are not anyone's site contractor.
If you have a platted lot in town rather than acreage, the lot clearing page covers it.

What a day costs in Taylor
Same day rate logic as Manor: density, access, wet clay, and mulch versus haul. Bigger tracts, more open brush, so more acres per day than a yaupon thicket. Mobilization is a little longer than Manor.
Google's AI Overview on Aug 24, 2026 showed $2,500 to $3,600 per day for land and lot clearing and up to $4,500 per day for forestry mulching on Manor searches. That is the search result, not our card. Full cost guide, permits, and burn rules →
